Frost Arm

He is just a regular lumberjack.. oh wait, with frozen arm and axe. He chops the bad guys into ice cubes
I made this project for the Art Heroes "SUPERHERO CHALLENGE 2020"
Unfortunately, I was late and missed the deadline.. Happens I guess
However, it was such a great time, learned a bunch about characters and myself too
